Booking & Cancellation Policy
Age Requirement: Clients must be 16 years of age or older. Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must sign a consent form prior to any treatment.
Booking Fee: A non-refundable £10 booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
Appointments will not be confirmed until the booking fee is received.
If the booking fee is not paid within 2 hours of booking, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
Deposits: All booking fees and deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may lose their appointment and will need to reschedule. This helps maintain fairness and timely service for all clients.
Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this time will result in loss of the booking fee and may affect future bookings.
No-Show Policy: Missing three appointments without notice will result in removal from the booking system, and you will no longer be able to schedule services.
Children & Pets: Children are welcome as long as they are fully supervised at all times as i do make the area as safe as possible but there are chemicals being used.
Pets are not permitted, with the exception of certified service or emotional support animals.

Refunds & Service Satisfaction
Refund Policy: Refunds are not offered under any circumstances, including for missed appointments or dissatisfaction with a completed service.
If you are unhappy with your service, please contact me directly within 48 hours, and I will do my best to resolve the issue professionally.

Patch Testing
A patch test is required at least 48 hours before any applicable treatment to reduce the risk of allergic reaction.
Please note that even if no reaction occurs during the patch test, this does not guarantee a reaction won’t occur later.
If you notice any irritation or symptoms following a patch test, contact me immediately. You may be advised to seek medical attention.

Allergies
If you have any allergies or product sensitivities, please disclose them at the start of your appointment. This allows appropriate adjustments to be made, and alternative products used where possible.
